Piano finger numbers worksheet
Each row puts one hand in a five-finger position, one finger over each key. Write the finger number under each note: 1 for the thumb up to 5 for the little finger. 60 notes, all from the guide; the answers print on a second page. Sheet 5.
Right hand, C position thumb on C, a finger on each key up to G
Left hand, C position little finger on C, a finger on each key up to G
Right hand, G position thumb on G, a finger on each key up to D
Left hand, G position little finger on G, a finger on each key up to D
Right hand, C position thumb on C, a finger on each key up to G
Left hand, C position little finger on C, a finger on each key up to G
Then play it. Put your hand in each row's position and play the row, saying the numbers as you go; Clefsight hears the keys, not the fingers, so the numbers are yours to check. Then read the notes of the first positions as a drill, on a MIDI keyboard or the keys on screen, every answer timed.
